Job Description

Report to:  Commercial Systems Assistant Manager

• Execute and Monitor Trade Census project and relevant Primary Research Tasks execution
• Execute and manage Trade Census application and system
• To assist Commercial Systems team in daily operation in database, system and filed work tasks
• To report to Commercial Systems Assistant Manager on daily operation of Sales Department support system
• To assist Field Sales on daily operation of Trade Census outlets
• To assist Field Sales on daily operation of Trade Census application and systems
• To perform Trade Census report and QC progress

1. Trade Census and relevant Primary Researches Tasks execution:
Support superiors and take charge of assigned KPIs in
- Heineken research projects including
o Planning
o Proposal
o Briefing
o Pitching & Agency Selection
o Field Work Control
o Data Review
o Acceptance
o Report
o Debrief session
- Project Management in various aspects: (1) Timeline (2) Objectives (3) Personnel/Resource (4) Budget (5) Stakeholders management …
- Perform data analysis on ad-hoc requests and report Quality Control on routine report
- Manage and support Field Sales on Trade Census outlets selection

2. Trade Census application and System:
- Study and implement Trade Census application and System
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the project and operation
- Ensure data integrity
- Giving training session support end user on field
- Manage relevant administration tasks of the project
- Monitor third-party execution on field as representative from HHN.
- Provide on field support and direction for adjustment for agency. Halt field work execution based on issue types when necessary.
- Report on potential troubles of field work execution.
- Synthesize and produce field work draft report & statistics

3. Other KPIs
- As per assignments relevant to Commercial System work nature and business requirements

Job Requirement

- Bachelor or Master. Business Related/ Quantitative fields/ other degree with record of quantitative courses.
- 3+ years of experience in positions with wide expose in fast moving industry such as finance, FMCG, Retails …
- Must possess Quality Control understanding and preferably work experience.
- HIGH sense of job ownership.
- Self-driven.
- Advanced Excel and proficient Office Skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Detail oriented.
- Willing to learn and progress.
- Willing to travel to monitor field work.
- Professional English
