Job Description


Title:     Modern Trade/Group Key Account Manager

Reporting to: Field Sales Manager

Base:    Hanoi Office

Position Summary:

  • To develop & Delivery business strategies to achieve business KPIs in the respective group of key accounts.
  • To build & leverage customer relationships to maintain mutual benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Category Customer/ Channel Strategy.
  • Develop and delivery T2T/ JBP
  • Trade Term Negotiation
  • Ensure NPI listing in customer
  • Lead promotion management in customer: develop, sell, execute, evaluate (promotion includes: customised promotion & channel promotion.
  • EOE Coaching across regions
  • Obtain market intelligence: Pricing in customer; Competitors activities
  • Build and leverage relationship with customer contacts
  • Forecasting: Volume & Budget
  • Develop detailed Trade Term contract in alignment with Account Strategy, Legal and Finance
  • Activity traffic control in customer and across MoT accounts
  • Lead In store Operation briefing
  • Lead Category performance review and Catman projects in respective customers
  • Act as Customer Champion within Heineken Hanoi’s organization (Voice of Customer)
  • Coach and develop team capability.
  • Identify the MVO list & review MJP by SR.
  • Prepare the reports to FSM & HoS.
  • Coordinate with Logistics for delivery plan by customer.
  • Finalize PDP for subordinate & review by half year & end of year.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3-5 years in Key Account Management role, preferably in international corporations
  • Good analytical power, project management & negotiation skills
  • Experience in leading team of minimum 2-4 subordinates
  • Ability to communicate well in Vietnamese and English
  • Ability to use computer, good skill in using Excel in particular
