Job Description

Reports to: Engineering Manager
Reporting to: Senior Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Safe and OTIF execution of all maintenance work and administration thereof.
Ensures effective and proper segregation between planned and unplanned work.

NO KEY RESULT KEY ACTIVITIES
1. SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY
- Ensures all maintenance jobs are safely executed OTIF.
- Ensures legal related maintenance tasks are (safely) executed OTIF.

2. QUALITY
- Ensures all jobs are executed OTIF with the required quality.
- Supports identification & transfer of quality tasks to operations AM Team step 5 (including quality inspections, Q-points).

3. WORK PROCESSES
- Supervises and coordinates all work in execution and if required co-executes/helps/supports.
- Manages/controls the work preparation room.
- Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.
- Procures emergency services and materials.
- Supports CILT execution.
- Spots and rectifies performance issues of equipment during walk around.
- Attends production shift handover meeting (know OPI losses).
- Supports, coordinates and/or co-executes repairs not able to be done by operators; informs duty engineer if > 15 minute stop.

4. ORGANIZATION, INTERFACES & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Leads/manages the maintenance execution team of the zone technicians. Ensures proper team alignment and is responsible for the performance and technical development of the team (i.e. including performance evaluations/reviews), including management of the skill profiles, certificates, workforce capacity, etc.
- Ensures and coordinates proper handover between operations and maintenance for all maintenance jobs + handles/manages all communication and coordination between the execution team and operations during execution of the work.
- Ensures, manages and coordinates proper handover between the planning & scheduling team and the execution team.
- Ensures proper coordination and handover for spares from and to the spare parts store.
- Aligns planning with Packaging & Brewing.

5. TPM & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Optimises/organizes weekly/monthly/annual maintenance routines (CILT, PM days, PM tasks, Overhauls).
- Balances CILT vs Planned Maintenance.
- Supports the application of 5S and VM to enable sustainability of machine performance.
- Enforces basic and advanced maintenance processes and routines.
- Supports ME in further development of technical maintenance skills and establishes specialists to support the roll out of AM step 4 (AM & PM advanced technologies).
- Ensures 5S implementation for the work preparation room and site wide lubrication management.
- Procures materials required for AM.
- Supports the applied structured fault finding procedures; collect spare parts, or organizes for his/her team to apply structured fault-finding, including training/mentoring.
- Supports/participates in RCFA (5 why) or organized for his/her team to participate, including training/mentoring.
- Coordinates and supports the machine rollout for A, B machines in line with AM Team step 5.
- Proactively coordinates and manages the development and usage of Visual Management, Poke, Yoke and CBM for PM / CILT tasks.
- Coordinates and manages the support and identification & transfer of maintenance to operations AM Team (including CBM, running checks) done by the zone technicians.

6. INFORMATION & DATA MANAGEMENT
- Ensures proper job/WO registration (preventive and corrective) and -closure in the CMMS (and allocated to required detail-level in the CMMS).
- User of MCRS and DCS in such a way that (planned) maintenance ownership and -performance is improved (see 5. TPM).
- Uses KPI of planned maintenance productivity and MTTR of planned maintenance jobs to optimize planned execution performance.

7. Others
- Other relevant jobs assigned by Engineering Manager

Job Requirement

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
Level of education: University degree /Diploma

Field of education: Electrical Engineering/Automation/Mechanics. Prefer mechanics

Experience (including Management Experience)
- >2 years working experience in management; able to effectively motivate and manage a team.
- 3-4 year experience in maintenance and/or operations execution.
- Key expert to effectively support, train and help to plan and organize CILTS, PM days, AM up to step 5, etc.
- Highly experienced in managing maintenance workflow (job lifecycle) management and the supply work processes.
- Ability to apply effective troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with the CMMS and good reporting and data handling/basic computer skills.

English Proficiency: Good English skills
